PPP and other kinds of partnerships

Pihl UK Ltd carries out projects in cooperation with other contracting companies. Much of this portfolio is carried out as management contractor and general contractor.

We are experienced in the PPP/PFI market in the UK where £138 million Aberdeen City 3R’s project has been successfully awarded and will be completed in 2010.

E. Pihl & Søn A.S. has several years’ experience with public-private partnerships outside Denmark and was in 2007 chosen as a PPP provider in the first PPP project of the Danish state: Rigsarkivet (Denmark’s national archives in Copenhagen).

Moreover, the Pihl Group has extensive experience with Design-Build projects and we actively work in favour of the Build-Operate-Transfer concept via the enterprise Pihl Projektinvestering A/S.
